tired
phew. yet another day of training. this time i had my breakfast. but it was still bad nonetheless. had a cramp while running the last round. felt like menstrual cramp but it wasnt. haha. tough training. esp with the 100 pumpings we had to do. arms are like jelly. met baby to buy lunch. he was so sweet making fish fingers for me when i said i miss it. X) its nice! although soggy. haha! anw i should be doing I&R now. zzz. but jerene tay said:
'Yeh,i tot it lookd really gd so all i did was 2 change ur word count.will try 2 pass ur i&r up 4 sampling 2 c if it's ee standard.meanwhile,u cud tink of how else u cud make it more perfect.eg,cud include more ideas in e form of tables n diagrams 2 generate ideas or give more analysis. :-)'
and hanchii said perfect means perfect. where got more perfect de? lol.
yays now im lost for things to do. going parkway later. free shopping! X)
